If you’re receiving the spinning wheel or the loading screen either before or immediately after logging in, this typically indicates that the program is having issues connecting to our servers (possibly due to a firewall on your computer). A workaround is to rename the "maintenancetool" file, to bypass this check.
On a Windows:
- Got to the iHTuner folder (typically found under C:\ihear). Click on the Start menu and locate “This PC” or “File Explorer”. You can then follow and locate the folder, C:\ihear\iHTuner
- Locate the maintenancetool file
- Rename it. Example: maintenancetool-old
- Run the iHTuner
On a MAC:
- Got to the iHTuner folder (typically found under /Applications/ihear – You can find this from your Finder)
- Locate the maintenancetool file
- Rename it. Example: maintenancetool-old
- Run the iHTuner
