If you are experiencing symptoms in your ear canal:
- Reposition the device for improved fitting inside your ear.
Remove and reinsert the device so that it rests comfortably in your ear canal with just the removal tab poking out. Users have found that pulling the ear flap (or pinna) back will often help with insertion. Wiggling your jaw to open the ear canal will often help with insertion. - Ensure that you're wearing a properly fitting comfort tip.
A properly sized Comfort Tip should effectively block ambient sound, similar to plugging your ear with an earplug. It should fit tightly but comfortably within your ear canal. If the Tip is causing discomfort, it may be too big for that ear.
It is not uncommon for ear canals to be of different sizes. You may require a different size Comfort Tip for each ear.
